Ethiopia Sidamo is harvested from Heirloom Cultivars bearing natural flavors of berries, teas and stone fruit. Sidamo is the most productive coffee processing region in Ethiopia. Perfect for growing coffee plants due to the ideal climate, high altitudes, abundant rainfall and fertile soil. The quality of washed processed coffee is more consistent than that of unwashed coffees.
